Maintenance and Repair

All maintenance and repair work must strictly comply with all safety instructions in this manual.

Repairs must be carried out by authorized system integrators or staff of Siasun.

When returning parts to Siasun, operations must be performed in accordance with the provisions of the service manual.

Safety Instructions

After maintenance and repair, a check must be carried out to ensure the safety level required by the service. The check must comply with valid national or local safety laws and regulations. At the same time, all safety functions should be tested to ensure they are working properly.

The purpose of maintenance and repair work is to ensure the normal operation of the system, or to help the system return to normal operation when it is in a fault state. Repair includes fault diagnosis and actual repair.

Inspection Items and Cycles

To ensure that the robot system can maintain high performance for a long time, maintenance and inspection must be carried out. Personnel responsible for inspection need to formulate an inspection plan and conduct inspections in accordance with the plan. For reference on inspection items, please refer to the following table.
