Supercapacitor module#
The ultracapacitor module consists of a DC-DC module, an ultracapacitor module (optional), a bottom cover, a left baffle ear, and a right baffle ear, as shown in Figure 1. DC-DC module mainly converts DC48V into DC24V; When the external power supply is powered off at DC48V, the ultracapacitor can continue to output power for 10S to prevent data loss caused by an unexpected power failure.

Matters needing attention#
The supercapacitor module should be used in the rated voltage and the specified operating temperature range, not exceeding 65 ° C, and away from the heat source exceeding the operating temperature range;
Confirm the positive and negative terminals of the ultracapacitor module before use. Do not reverse charge the ultracapacitor module. If the positive and negative electrodes are reversed, the charge and discharge performance of the supercapacitor will be reduced, and it will lead to heating, leakage and rapid decay of service life.
Do not put the ultracapacitor in direct contact with water, oil, acid or alkali.
Do not squeeze, pin or disassemble supercapacitors.
During use or storage, if the supercapacitor is found to emit odor, discoloration, deformation or other anomalies, it should be stopped.
The electrolyte used by the supercapacitor is highly volatile. Do not disassemble the supercapacitor at will.
The ultracapacitor module must be disposed according to national environmental standards

Disassembly method#
Figure 3 shows how to remove the ultracapacitor module. Use a screwdriver to loosen the screws at the arrow point, and use a flat-head screwdriver to push the yellow buckle outward to remove the ultracapacitor module from the guide rail.

Figure 3 Schematic diagram of module disassembly
The installation method is shown in Figure 4. Press one end of the module against the guide rail and the end with the yellow buckle downward. After hearing a clear “click” sound, use a screwdriver to lock the screw pointed by the arrow and pull the module until it does not come out of the guide rail, that is, the installation is successful.
